Experience
Tiphaine has more than 15 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, primarily in professional services. Her career combines executive recruitment with in-house talent leadership, giving her perspective on both sides of the search process and informing her approach to clients as their businesses evolve.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tiphaine worked at a Paris executive search boutique. Previously, she was head of executive talent acquisition for France and North Africa at PwC, leading senior- and partner-level hiring across the region.
Earlier in her career, Tiphaine led the professional services practice of a leading recruitment firm in France. She began her career in human capital consulting at Deloitte.
Tiphaine is fluent in French and English.
