She has more than 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, with extensive knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences sector in Brazil and Latin America.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ana Paula was a partner at a top global executive search firm, leading the healthcare and life sciences practice in Brazil, the healthcare services practice for Latin America, and the human resources functional practice for Brazil and Latin America across all sectors. She was also a member of the Latin America leadership advisory services team, leading projects for local and multinational companies across various sectors.
Early in her career, Ana Paula worked for another executive search firm as a human resources consultant in its executive search and assessment divisions, participating in various searches within the industrial sector, including the pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
