Ana Paula Bonilha is a partner at Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She has more than 18 years of experience in executive search and extensive knowledge of the healthcare services industry in Brazil.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ana Paula was a partner in another executive search firm where she lead the healthcare practice in Brazil, the healthcare services practice for Latin America, and the human resources functional practice for Brazil and Latin America, working across all industries. She was also member of the firm’s leadership advisory services executive assessment team in Latin America, conducting projects for local and multinational companies across a variety of sectors.
At the beginning of her career, Ana Paula worked for another executive search firm as a human resources consultant in its executive search and assessment divisions, taking part in several searches within the industrial practice, including the pharmaceutical and automotive segments.
A Brazilian native, Ana Paula is fluent in English and Spanish.
