Overview
Danielle Burwick is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the global Industrial and AutoMobility practices. Her search work spans the automotive sector where she helps build leadership teams for a variety of clients, including OEMs, suppliers, dealers/retailers, and services providers.
Experience
In addition to her automotive work, Danielle has completed commercial, operational, and P&L leadership searches across industrial, consumer, technology, life sciences, and financial services sectors. She assists clients of all sizes and ownership structures, including global corporations, private equity firms, and small, privately-held businesses to build their executive leadership teams.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Danielle was a director at a Chicago-based boutique search firm in the financial officers practice. She began her career with commercial and private client account management positions in the insurance industry.
