Giulia’s data-driven, psychologically informed approach helps clients build high-impact leadership teams and drive sustainable growth. Her experience includes advising global companies on scaling leadership capabilities post-merger and supporting large European firms through multi-year talent strategy transformations.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Giulia was a principal at another executive search firm, working with C-level executives across Europe to redesign operating models, navigate post-acquisition integrations, and implement culture change initiatives.
She also worked in leadership roles at M&G PLC and Goldman Sachs, designing executive coaching programs, launching 360° feedback initiatives, and facilitating leadership assessments.
Giulia is an accredited executive coach. Italian is her native language, and she is fluent in English and Spanish.
