She has extensive experience working with founders, CEOs, and investors, building high-impact leadership teams and boards that guide companies through major financings, clinical milestones, commercialization, and exits.
Experience
With over 12 years of experience in the life sciences sector, Kelsey specializes in therapeutics, diagnostics, and AI-enabled platforms. She has spent more than 6 years at global executive recruitment firms, leading C-suite and board-level recruitments for highly innovative, patient-focused biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and health technology companies.
Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of a top membership-based community dedicated to accelerating the careers of high-potential senior leaders in biopharmaceutical companies. During this time, she recruited and managed relationships with hundreds of CEOs, board members, and regulators, drove programming and events, and supported sales efforts.
