Kostas Balasis is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice and the Insurance sector in Europe & Africa. Kostas also focuses on cross-sector assignments in the marketing, corporate communications, and investor relations fields.
Experience
Kostas has years of executive search experience serving clients across the UK, the Middle East, and North Africa. He started his career in the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization in Greece. After serving his mandatory military service and completing his MSc placement he relocated to Dubai to start a career in executive search.
Kostas is a certified Hogan assessor.
