Rashmi Batra is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New Delhi office and leads the Social Impact Sector in India. She helps global organizations identify transformative leaders, including CEOs, CxOs, board members, and other senior functional executives.

Rashmi has two decades of executive search and leadership hiring experience across a wide range of sectors. She addresses talent and leadership needs for public-sector companies, government entities, nonprofits, foundations, NGOs, and educational institutions.
She also contributes to leadership advisory work across global capability centers, banks, asset management firms, and non-banking financial companies.
Rashmi brings a long-term perspective to her work with boards, promoters, public-sector leaders, and nonprofit stakeholders, along with an understanding of diverse organizational cultures.
