Shannon Bade Neason

Overview

Shannon Bade Neason is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. She works with various global financial institutions, including investment banks, advisory firms, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity/credit, investment managers, and asset managers, as well as financial technology and corporate clients.

Experience

Shannon’s executive search and advisory experience include placing presidents, board members, chief operating officers, heads of sales, trading and research, heads of capital markets, and other senior product and functional leaders across all segments of the global markets, capital markets, and investment banking industries.

Her expertise in the primary market covers origination, capital markets, syndicate, and structuring roles within securitized products (ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and MBS), leveraged finance, debt capital markets, restructuring, public finance, project finance, equity capital markets, private placements, SPACs, ATMs, and convertibles, as well as coverage and mergers & acquisitions. In the secondary market, Shannon focuses on sales, trading, and research roles within equities, equity derivatives, securitized products, structured products, investment-grade credit, high-yield credit, loans, emerging markets, rates, foreign exchange, and municipals. She has also helped several clients build out their middle-market businesses.

Before Heidrick & Struggles, Shannon worked on the sell side at Raymond James on the strategic options desk, where she built a book of business selling equity options to hedge funds and family offices on an agency basis.
