Overview

Shannon Bade Neason is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. She co-founded the Americas Global Markets Practice and works with a variety of global financial institutions, including investment banks, advisory platforms, alternative investment managers, and financial technology firms.

Experience

Shannon has extensive executive search and advisory experience, having placed presidents, board members, chief commercial officers, chief operating officers, and senior leaders across capital markets, capital solutions, distribution, trading, and research.

She advises clients across nearly all segments and functions within global markets, capital markets, and banking, including origination, syndicate, lending, structuring, distribution, trading, and research. Her product expertise encompasses securitized products (esoteric and flow ABS, CMBS, MBS, RMBS), structured products (CFOs, CLOs), leveraged finance, debt capital markets, restructuring, infrastructure and public finance, private capital markets, capital solutions, equity capital markets, convertibles, derivatives, investment-grade and high-yield credit, loans, emerging markets, rates, and foreign exchange.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Shannon was an assistant vice president on the strategic options sales desk at Raymond James, covering hedge funds and family offices.

Shannon is a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN).
