Charlie Clifton is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' London office and a member of the Financial Services Practice.
Experience
Charlie advises global and domestic financial institutions on board and executive appointments. He partners with universal banks, Fintechs and neo-banks, specialist lenders, and wealth management firms to attract and develop high-performing leaders. Clients range from listed businesses to privately owned and private equity-backed growth companies.
Charlie previously worked at a global consulting firm as a senior managing director in the people advisory division. He co-led the consumer and commercial financial services practice and led the risk practice. Before this, Charlie worked at a boutique search firm, specializing in board and executive appointments in financial services.
