Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Charmaine worked at another global executive search and leadership advisory firm, focusing on banking, private equity, and Hong Kong blue chip clients. She has a depth of experience that extends beyond search to include board and C-suite succession, assessments, team buildouts, team effectiveness, and talent development.
