Overview
Fabiana Cotrim is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and a member of the global Consumer Markets Practice. She specializes in local, multinational and private equity backed companies in all the consumer-facing industries including, packaged goods, personal and home care, advertising, media, and entertainment, luxury, retail and internet.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Fabiana was a vice president and partner of one of the largest Brazilian executive search firms, where she personally completed several searches for chief executives and country managers and recruited dozens of senior executives in finance, sales, marketing, human resources, information technology and supply chain.
Before that, Fabiana spent three years as a senior consultant in another renowned local executive search firm. Preceding her executive search career, Fabiana worked at Alcoa Aluminum S. A. as a corporate assistant controller and spent four years at U.S. Minerals Inc., an aluminum oxide distributor based in Pittsburgh, PA (U.S.).
She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
