Gina Connelly is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice.
Experience
Gina has almost 20 years of experience recruiting senior executives in product management, engineering, and general management roles for software, consumer-tech, health-tech, and technology services companies. Her focus is supporting businesses in growth mode or during a time of transformation.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Gina worked for a boutique executive search firm, The Bowdoin Group. She led their led their digital technology division for eight years. She also opened The Bowdoin Group’s second office in Manhattan, New York. Gina started her career in advertising with Hill Holliday where she worked on several major accounts including Dunkin Donuts and TJX Companies. She then joined Comcast in a sales capacity selling TV and digital advertising.
