Overview
Gina Connelly is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. She focuses on recruiting officer and vice president-level candidates for organizations in software, consumer internet, and technology services. Gina works extensively with both public and private companies, with an expertise in product, product marketing and go-to-market functions.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Gina spent eight years at The Bowdoin Group, a boutique executive search firm based near Boston. As a national account manager, she led the digital technology practice and opened their New York office. She focused on business development and led a number of key client team expansions specifically across sales, marketing, and product management functions.
Gina started her career in advertising with Hill Holiday and Comcast.
