Les Csorba is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Houston office and a member of the Industrial and CEO & Board of Directors practices focusing on the energy industry. His executive search work focuses on senior-level assignments in the upstream, midstream, and energy services segments of the industry, which includes CEO and board succession and executive and CEO coaching.
Experience
Les also conducts senior level searches for leading non-profits and public-sectors organizations. Prior to his executive search experience, Les served in the White House as a special assistant to the President of the United States for presidential personnel during the George H.W. Bush Administration (1989 to 1993).
An active energy industry participant, Les has been a member of the Houston Producers' Forum and is a frequent contributor to The Oil and Gas Investor Magazine. A frequent speaker and writer on leadership, his articles have appeared in Corporate Board Member Magazine, the Wall Street Journal's “National Employment Weekly”, the Houston Chronicle, the Chicago Tribune, USA Today and others. He has been interviewed on the topic of leadership and corporate governance, appearing on FOX News, MSNBC, and CNBC with Maria Bartiromo.
