Marcelo Conteçote is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Brazil office. He consults with boards of directors, executive teams, and organizations on various projects and leads the adaptation of Heidrick & Struggles’ global portfolio of leadership solutions to Brazil and Latin America's executive and business reality.
Experience
Marcello leads integrated leadership advisory and executive search projects for various executive boards and C-level professionals, including leadership assessment and development projects for boards of directors, executive teams, and organizations, applying META management practices within top-performing global organizations worldwide.
For more than 20 years, Marcelo has conducted numerous accelerating performance initiatives based on aerospace sector requirements, including global culture and operational safety, innovation, leadership development, compliance, lean manufacturing, corporate governance, and global sales campaigns for the civil, executive, and defense markets.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Marcelo conducted organizational culture management projects in the oil and gas, mining, construction, agribusiness, logistics, telecommunications, retail, and food sectors, helping clients integrate their culture management processes into business strategies. He also has experience in the financial, infrastructure and sanitation, health and pharmaceutical, and energy sectors, among others.
Marcelo started his career in the aeronautical industry as an internal consultant for organizational culture, marketing, and communications.
