Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Samantha led the healthcare services practice at a leading search firm. She began her search career with a boutique search firm.
Before leadership search, Samantha was with a boutique strategy consulting firm serving the healthcare and life sciences industry. There she focused on M&A, transformation, and redesign work within the provider and managed care space, building outpatient and physician networks and helping to shape early managed care and capitation programs.
Education
Samantha graduated magna cum laude from Kenyon College in Ohio where she was an All-American swimmer and a member of Kenyon's NCAA championship swim team.
Awards
Samantha was named to BusinessWeek's list of the World’s Most Influential Headhunters, in 2008.
