Overview
Sibylle Clucas is a client director in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She is a qualified executive coach and leadership assessor who works with a range of leaders and teams across numerous industries and geographies, focusing on leadership development to help improve and accelerate performance. Sibylle manages Heidrick & Struggles’ executive coaching resource, including identifying, evaluating, and recruiting coaching talent and matching it to potential and existing clients’ needs.
Experience
Sibylle has more than 25 years of experience in business and HR, working internationally with medium size to global blue-chip clients in multiple sectors taking on a variety of roles in media and public relations, events management, consultancy, business operations, finance, and accounting. She is passionate about supporting the individual to leverage their strengths and unlock their potential at any stage of their career.
Sibylle works in partnership with her clients placing them at the forefront of everything she does. She creates opportunities for leaders to raise awareness of their impact and help them overcome mindsets and behaviors that may be restricting their performance. When working with teams, Sibylle creates a supportive and challenging environment to help them realize their common purpose and establish a process that enables them to build a foundation of trust, clear values, and open and honest conversations that help them achieve high performance.
With a background in humanistic psychology, Sibylle can establish rapport quickly, create a safe space for her clients to self-reflect, and work at depth. She blends directness and empathy that allows her to challenge her clients’ thinking and hold them accountable. Having been fortunate to live and work abroad most of her life, Sibylle has had multicultural exposure, which allows her to work with clients of various backgrounds and cultures in English, French, and German.
She is certified and experienced in several psychometric tools, including LAQ 360, TAQ, ALP, Hogan Leadership Suite, MBTI, Saville’s Wave, and Swift.
