She leads executive searches across technology environments, including data and AI, software, cybersecurity, telecommunications and media, crypto and digital assets, hardware and electronics, and professional services.

Claire recruits technology and digital leaders, including CIO, CTO, CDO, CAIO, and CISO, across sectors such as financial services, consumer goods, luxury, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Claire has expertise in recruiting for pivotal roles, including CEO, GM, country manager, COO, CSO, CCO, CRO, and CMO, for Fortune 500 companies, PE-backed startups/scale-ups, including buyout, growth equity, and LBO situations, and family-owned companies.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Claire spent eight years in the technology sector and digital transformation practice with another leading global executive search firm, delivering mandates across Europe and internationally.
She began her career as a senior financial auditor at Mazars, gaining extensive experience in financial services, industry, healthcare, and media.
