Rishija Dolli is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the Performance Culture Practice. She works with senior leaders to navigate complex transformations and strengthen organizational performance.
Experience
Rishija has worked with clients across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and the U.K. on leadership, strategy, change, and organization design initiatives. Her consulting experience spans the energy, retail, financial services, insurance, transport, telecommunications, consumer goods, and higher education sectors.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rishija worked in Kearney's leadership, change, and organization practice, helping organizations move from strategy to execution.
Earlier in her career, she worked at a New York digital marketing start-up and later founded and operated the skincare business Rich & George. Her entrepreneurial experience gives her firsthand insight into helping leaders and organizations navigate growth, change, and commercial pressure.
