Experience
Since joining Heidrick in 2010, Sarah has worked with some of the world’s largest businesses in the consulting, strategy, systems integration and outsourcing markets, as well as smaller, entrepreneurial organizations seeking to bolster their leadership teams to achieve their growth ambitions.
With more than 10 years of experience working in executive search, she has gained broad global expertise recruiting senior leaders across EMEA, North America, Latin America, Australia, and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sarah was a senior associate with a pan-European boutique life sciences search firm. She is fluent in Spanish.
