Experience

Taylor has extensive executive search experience across marketing, merchandising, and general management, advising clients on critical leadership needs in dynamic, evolving consumer sectors. She works with a range of consumer organizations, including public, founder-led, private equity–backed, and family-owned companies.

Taylor’s work spans general marketing leadership roles across retail, food and beverage, consumer goods, consumer technology, consumer services, and durables. She also has expertise in the luxury and retail sectors, with a strong focus on merchandising and general management positions.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Taylor assumed progressively greater responsibilities at Reyes Holdings, a leading broadline wholesaler and distributor. Her role spanned both national and regional scopes, encompassing sales, marketing, and management leadership.
