Tina has over 15 years of experience in executive search with a focus on C-Suite and board of directors. In addition to Fortune 500 industry leaders, Tina works extensively with private equity and venture capital investors specializing in healthcare services portfolio companies and emerging platforms at the cutting edge of healthcare delivery.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tina founded a successful boutique executive search business catering to long-standing client relationships. Previously, she worked as an in-house executive recruiter at a Fortune 500 media and entertainment corporation. Tina began her search career in the healthcare services practice at a leading search firm. She has broad experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, life sciences, financial services, technology, media, and consumer packaged goods. She has also worked across various functions including finance, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, research, engineering, and data science.
