Silke Eisenreich is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Frankfurt office and a member of the Financial Service Practice. Her expertise includes the retail banking, fintech, and payment technology sectors as well as institutions in the regulatory, supervisory, and central banking space. Silke advises board members and executives on succession and hiring decisions.
Experience
For nearly 20 years in executive search, Silke has primarily focused on the financial service sector. She has vast experience across all stages of the talent management cycle and has completed numerous senior management appointments across Europe.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Silke was a senior client partner at a global executive search firm where she played a key role in building up the financial services practice for the German market. She began her career at another executive search firm where she began as a researcher and worked her way up to partner.
