Stephanie Etzig is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the global Industrial Practice. She focuses on searches across industrial services, residential services, distribution, and transportation & logistics.
Experience
Stephanie advises private equity (PE) sponsors on executive leadership needs related to growth, transformation, and succession. Her work spans platform builds, leadership transitions, and succession planning, with a primary focus on CEO, president, and general manager searches.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Stephanie worked at boutique executive search firms, partnering with PE sponsors and executive teams to identify C-suite leadership talent. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant, advising Fortune 100 retail and consumer products companies on customer strategy and organizational design.

Philanthropy and Service
