Overview
Jay Feinstein is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He has considerable consulting and industry experience mastering large-scale challenges, assembling cross-functional teams, and creating solutions in organizations at varying stages.
Experience
Having worked broadly across the health ecosystem, he is particularly interested in the intersection of health, tech, and consumer as the lines of separation become less and less.
Previously, Jay co-led the U.S. health services and digital health practices for another global search firm and was the vice president of integration with U.S. Anesthesia Partners, building teams and processes for new markets while strengthening the company's growth strategy.
Before that, Jay was the chief business development officer at Tenet Healthcare, where he oversaw the M&A process and was responsible for marketing strategies and growth initiatives across 24 markets with 2,500+ physicians. Also at Tenet Healthcare, Jay was the corporate director of physician relations, overseeing a national network of hospitals, physician practices, and other sites of care.
