She has supported numerous organizations in navigating complex leadership challenges and driving transformation.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Martina led the EMEA transportation and logistics practice at another global executive search firm. She also led the sales and marketing division as a DHL German management board member and managed global industry sectors, including chemicals and energy. This role solidified her expertise in strategic leadership and organizational development.
Martina began her career as a management consultant with both Kearney and Volkswagen Consulting, where she honed her skills in strategic planning and business optimization.
