Tatiana Furtseva

Overview

Tatiana Furtseva is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Kyiv office, a partner in the Warsaw office, and a member of the Financial Services and CEO & Board of Directors practices. She is an expert in executive search and leadership consulting with 24 years of experience in senior roles within major Ukrainian and international executive search and HR consulting companies.

Experience

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tatiana was a country manager and senior partner with WE Partners, Ukraine. She is well known in the Ukrainian financial markets having delivered complex leadership development and assessment projects for various international and Ukrainian banks. She has successfully managed personal assessment centers and large-scale management team assessments and is a certified ICF coach.
