Emily Greaney is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Performance Culture Practice. She helps organizations drive behavior and culture change through a person-centered approach that has impacted employees and businesses across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Emily has nearly 20 years of experience combining creativity, commercial acumen, and human insight to drive growth. She has worked with Fortune 5 and FTSE 100 companies across the consumer products, financial services, and industrial sectors. Her work focuses on purpose-driven change, helping clients align purpose, strategy, leadership, engagement, and culture to accelerate performance.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Emily led scaling efforts for three London-based boutique change and transformation consulting firms. Earlier in her career, she led global account teams at leading creative agencies, including Grey Group and Leo Burnett.
