Germán Galván is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Mexico City office and leads the global Technology & Services Practice in Mexico.

Experience

With more than 15 years of management consulting experience, Germán specializes in CEO and C-level search assignments in technology, digital transformation, data and analytics, organizational design, governance, and health.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Germán was a partner at global management consulting firms for more than 15 years, where he worked with clients across the Americas to design and deliver on large strategy and transformation initiatives.

Germán began his career in financial services in multiple roles across corporate banking, financial control, and regulatory development.

He is an entrepreneur and cofounder of Kargaporte, the first digital platform designed for comprehensive road freight management optimization for shippers and carriers in Mexico.
