Jonathan Graziano is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the Culture Shaping Practice. He focuses on facilitating The Performance Engine rapid change model for developing organizational excellence and innovation. Jonathan coaches high-performing teams through mandates across many industries, developing top performers’ abilities to solve complex business problems. He is an experienced leader in coaching, continuous improvement, operational transformation, and customer engagement.
Experience
Jonathan utilizes his experience in coaching and leading high-performing teams, as well as ten years of experience coaching The Performance Engine, to coach teams at global companies across many industries including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and consumer markets. He has facilitated successful development projects focused on cost and complexity reduction, increased sales and market share, and business model reinvention.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jonathan worked more than 15 years in the financial services industry where he held key roles with Fortune 100 insurance companies. Most recently, he was a managing director of strategic innovation. In this role, he led diverse teams responsible for data analytics, offshore operations, project management, and continuous improvement. Before this, he worked 10 years at New York Life Insurance leading business transformation efforts while partnering with The Performance Engine as an internal coach and program director.
