Experience
Libby focuses on recruiting chief financial officers, and other finance leadership roles, including deputy CFO, divisional and regional CFO, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, chief accounting officer, controller, and audit.
She works with clients across a broad range of industries, including industrial, consumer, healthcare, and technology, with a particular focus on financial services. She works with listed, private equity, and privately owned clients, both within the U.K. and internationally.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Libby worked at a pre-eminent UK executive search firm where she specialized in recruiting finance leaders within financial services.
