Bobby Giannini is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and leads the building products & materials sector in the Americas. He is a member of the global Industrial, CEO & Board of Directors, Supply Chain & Operations Officers, and Financial Officers practices.
Experience
Bobby focuses primarily on C-level assignments within building products and materials, and has extensive experience in the capital equipment, and plastics and packaging sectors. His experience spans chief executive, chief financial, chief commercial, and chief operating officer assignments across these industries for public, private equity-backed, and privately-held companies.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Bobby was in the United States Air Force where he served for more than six years as a program manager for a satellite communications system and as an associate professor at the University of Texas.
