Adam Howe is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office where he leads Heidrick Consulting’s Organizational Simplicity offering and co-leads the Digital Transformation offering in Europe & Africa, advising organizations on strategy, operating models, and culture.


Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Adam founded and was the CEO of Stop., a boutique consultancy that helped leaders of global companies kill unnecessary internal complexity to create simpler, smarter, and more agile organizations. At Stop., Adam advised a NASDAQ-listed next-generation technology services provider on how to develop its strategic management consultancy business unit. In this role, Adam gained experience with technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, blockchain, IoT, and machine learning.

Prior to Stop., Adam was a practice lead at organizational performance and culture change consultancy Mind Gym, where he led all work in the energy, transportation, and the public sector. In this role, Adam designed award-winning change programs for a major UK energy company and the UK government.

Adam started his career in Accenture’s strategy service line. Throughout his career, Adam has worked internationally and across a range of sectors helping organizations transform performance by enabling their people to be more effective and better adopt new technology.
