Adam Howe is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York City and London offices. He leads the global Organizational Simplicity and Digital Transformation service offerings and is a member of the Culture Shaping Practice, advising clients on how to best align their talent, culture, and organization design to deliver on their purpose and strategy.

Experience

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Adam founded and was the CEO of Stop., a boutique consultancy that helped leaders of global companies kill unnecessary complexity to create simpler, smarter, and more agile organizations. He is a thought leader, public speaker and published author on both organizational simplicity and digital culture.

Before Stop., Adam was a practice lead at organizational performance and culture change consultancy Mind Gym. In this role, Adam designed award-winning change programs for a major UK energy company and the UK government.

Adam started his career in Accenture’s strategy service line. Throughout his career, he has worked internationally and across a range of sectors helping organizations transform performance by enabling their people, teams and culture to be more effective.
