Experience
Maryann’s functional focus is on officer and vice president searches with product and technology experience and leads searches for a variety of supporting engineering, product management, and general management roles. She works with clients to define role requirements, identify and qualify talent, and manage the overall execution of the search.
Maryann is an advocate for diversity within the technology leadership ranks, working with clients to ensure diverse representation in senior technical searches.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Maryann spent several years in the non-profit and government sectors both in the U.S. and abroad.
