Maryann Hamed is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. She conducts senior-level assignments for various high-growth clients across the enterprise and consumer markets, including Fortune 500 companies and late-stage private companies, bringing in the talent required to scale into the next phase of growth.

Experience

Maryann’s functional focus is on officer and vice president searches, with experience in product and technology roles, as well as various supporting engineering, product management, and general management roles. She works with clients to define role requirements, identify and qualify talent, and manage the overall execution of the search.

Maryann advocates for diversity within the technology leadership ranks, working with clients to ensure diverse representation in senior technical searches.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Maryann spent several years in the non-profit and government sectors, both in the U.S. and abroad.
