Roberto Hall is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Bogotá office and a member of the global Industrial, Technology, and CEO & Board of Directors practices. He works with clients in the financial, airline, NGO, oil and gas, and mining sectors.

Roberto is passionate about helping organizations grow and reach their full potential, and guiding candidates to find ideal work environments where they can achieve professional fulfillment. He has over 35 years of experience leading executive searches for board members, CEOs, and C-suite roles at both national and multinational companies.
Roberto has deep expertise in managing simultaneous executive search and selection processes for prominent financial institutions and other sectors. He founded Colombia’s first cloud-based human resources platform, elempleo.com, in partnership with one of the country's largest media groups, El Tiempo.

Philanthropy and Service
Roberto served on the board of the British Colombian Chamber of Commerce (Britcham), a nonprofit organization that works closely with the British Embassy and the UK Department for International Trade (DIT). He is also on the board of Fundación Cirec, a nonprofit that supports the recovery of individuals with limited economic resources. Additionally, he currently serves on the board of the CEA (Council of American Enterprises), which is composed of 110 U.S.-owned companies.
He is a founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization (YEO) in Colombia and currently a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO Colombia). He is also a mentor with the Endeavor network and co-founder of several digital ventures such as hoytrabajas.com, tamplace.com, Protalento, and Talentu.co. In his previous role, he led the firm’s digital transformation and spearheaded its startup sponsorship program.
