Roberto Hall

Overview

Roberto Hall is the partner-in-charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Bogotá office and a member of the global Industrial, Technology, and CEO & Board of Directors practices. He serves clients in the airline, NGO, oil and gas, and mining sectors.

Experience

Roberto has more than 35 years of experience as a leader of executive search projects for board members and directors, CEOs, and C-suite positions for national and multinational companies. He helps organizations develop and reach their maximum potential while assisting candidates in finding their ideal work environments and being fulfilled professionally.

Previously, Roberto led the non-profit and technology practices of Odgers Berndtson and was a member of the oil & gas and mining practices. 

He founded the first human cloud platform in Colombia, elempleo.com, in association with one of the largest publishing houses in Colombia, El Tiempo.

Roberto is a member of the board of directors of the British-Colombian Chamber of Commerce, Britcham, a non-profit entity that works closely with the British Embassy and the Department for International Trade (DIT) to promote trade relations between Colombia and the United Kingdom. He is also a member of the board of directors of Fundación Cirec, a non-profit organization that works for the recovery of injured people without economic resources.

Roberto is a founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) in Colombia and is currently a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO Colombia). He is a mentor within the Endeavor network and co-founder of digital ventures, including hoytrabajas.com, tamplace.com, Protalento, and Talentu. He was the partner in charge of the firm’s digital transformation and led their digital start-up sponsorship program.
