Olivier Jeglot is a senior client principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He has global experience in leadership assessment and leadership development services, and partners with senior leaders to tackle their leadership, talent, culture, and business challenges to achieve their strategic imperatives with a sustainable impact.
Experience
Olivier has assessed and coached executives for more than 20 years at C-Suite and board levels to help individuals transition and onboard to new roles in a VUCA world.
Previously, Olivier worked at Aon Hewitt as a senior consultant and executive coach in leadership, talent development, engagement, and leadership model deployment. He was also a project director for global 360° assessment and leadership development programs.
Prior to Aon Hewitt, Olivier worked with PDI Ninth House for eight years as an executive consultant and served as the leadership development champion for France. He was a client manager and leadership expert for a portfolio of large multi-national companies in a wide spectrum of industries.
Before that, Olivier worked for Accenture for seven years as a senior manager, where he contributed to the development and launch of the outsourcing business in Western Europe and was finance director for several businesses and geographies in EMEA. Olivier began his career working with Credit Lyonnais for seven years as an asset and liabilities manager and as a global financial consultant in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions.
Olivier is a certified financial analyst. He has French, international individual, and team coach certifications from ICF (PCC accreditation) and is a certified psychotherapist. Olivier is also qualified for Hogan, Wave, MBTI, EQI, competency-based interview, structured assessment, and 360° feedback tools. He is fluent in English and French
