Ahmed Khan

Overview

Ahmed is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting and brand management in the Middle East and Pakistan, focusing on financial services, industrials, and consumer sectors.

Experience

Ahmed has experience in strategy development, operating model and organization design, organization performance management, talent management, and board and leadership development across various public and private sector organizations.

His experience includes driving end-to-end human capital transformation from an administrative support function to a strategic partner for an investment fund in KSA, implementing a human capital transformation strategy to standardize practices and improve governance across ~25 diverse operating companies, and developing a talent transformation strategy for the largest industrial conglomerate in Pakistan.

Ahmed also developed a distribution strategy for one of Pakistan’s leading beauty consumer goods companies and conducted a cultural diagnostic across seven Asian markets.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ahmed was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Pakistan. He began his career in brand management at Colgate-Palmolive in Pakistan.
