Jack Kerr is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. He executes board, CEO, C-suite, and managing director mandates for large-scale listed corporates, private companies, agile start-ups, scale-ups, and challenger brands.
Experience
Jack has knowledge across the banking, payments, and fintech markets and an extensive network and passion for building relationships with the global Australian and New Zealand executive diaspora. He has considerable experience bringing home offshore executives in the banking, payments, and technology spaces.
Jack conducts senior financial services searches in Australia and New Zealand, including the CEO and multiple C-Suite searches for a Big-4 Australian bank, a major wealth management business, and an international payments organization. Jack has considerable experience placing group CIO and senior technology executives into various listed financial services businesses. He partners with portfolio companies of major global private equity firms on board, CEO, and C-suite succession mandates across growth, turnaround, and pre-IPO cycles.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Jack worked in a boutique executive search firm in Australia in the financial services and technology practices.
