Khedher has over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. He combines strategic acumen with extensive expertise in organizational transformation, leadership development, and executive coaching.
Khedher partners with boards, CEOs, and senior leaders across public and private sectors to design and lead large-scale transformation programs, operating model redesigns, and leadership development that embed high-performance and purpose-driven cultures.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Khedher was a partner at another global management consulting firm. Previously, he was the CEO of SAED Group and IDdesign. He also held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and STC.
