Laura Klein has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, new business development, and bringing innovative solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

As VP and Head of Innovation Solutions, Laura helps clients use on-demand talent strategically to support successful integrations, divestitures, and transformations across all industries, functions, and geographies. 

Prior to joining BTG in 2012, Laura attained an MBA from Harvard's Business School, she founded and managed a business unit at Mainspring that was sold to IBM, was a consultant with Bain & Co., and founded a team in J.P. Morgan's emerging markets.
