Laura has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, new business development, and bringing innovative solutions to Fortune 500 clients. As head of the Financial Services Practice for On-Demand Talent, Laura helps financial services clients strategically use on-demand talent to support their interim and project-based needs.
Prior to joining BTG in 2012, Laura founded and managed a business unit at Mainspring, which was sold to IBM. Before that, she was a consultant at Bain & Company and founded a team at J.P. Morgan in emerging markets.
