Laura J. Klein


Laura Klein is a vice president and head of commercial services delivery at Business Talent Group (BTG), a Heidrick & Struggles on-demand talent company. She is a member of the Technology Practice and leads BTG’s professional services solutions.


Laura Klein has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, new business development, and bringing innovative solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

As VP and head of commercial services delivery, she leads and provides support for the professional services, talent solutions, and interim executive divisions.

Prior to joining BTG, Laura founded and managed a business unit at Mainspring that was sold to IBM, was a consultant with Bain & Co., and founded a team in J.P. Morgan’s emerging markets
