Mikael has 15 years of advisory experience, supporting public, private equity-backed, and privately held companies across the Nordics and globally.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, he worked at a leading global executive search firm, recruiting senior leaders for industrial and technology companies, as well as CFOs. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade in management consulting and business development.
