Mikhail works with a variety of fintech, payments, and market infrastructure clients across the Middle East. He has extensive experience working with commercial and investment banks and private capital clients on board, CEO, and C-suite mandates.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mikhail worked at another executive search firm in Dubai, serving clients across the Middle East and Africa. During this time, Mikhail worked across multiple sectors, with a focus on financial services, diversified conglomerates, and real estate.
Mikhail is a certified and trained Hogan assessor.
