Suvi Kitchloo is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and co-lead of the global Energy Sector, advising clients on leadership and talent strategy across the energy, chemicals, and industrial landscape. With nearly two decades of executive search experience spanning the Middle East and India, she specializes in helping organizations identify, attract, and develop senior leadership talent in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
Experience
Suvi advises boards and executive teams across the energy, chemicals, and industrial sectors. She works across the energy value chain—including oil and gas, power and utilities, renewables, and energy transition—as well as adjacent industries such as chemicals. She has led numerous CEO, board, and C-suite appointments for multinational corporations, national champions, sovereign-backed enterprises, family-owned groups, and private equity-backed businesses.
A significant focus of her work is cross-border executive mobility and expatriate leadership, helping organizations access global talent while navigating the cultural, regulatory, and strategic complexities of emerging markets. She has placed senior executives across energy and chemical companies, supporting expansion, transformation, restructuring, and energy transition initiatives.
Suvi also advises state-backed organizations and national energy companies on succession planning, leadership development, and executive appointments. In addition, she has supported large-scale localization and nationalization initiatives across the Middle East, helping organizations build sustainable leadership pipelines while maintaining access to global expertise.
