Annette Liebau is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the Leadership Development Practice. She has more than 25 years of experience supporting leaders and executive teams, focusing on leadership development and team effectiveness, and bringing lasting impact to her clients.
Experience
Annette’s passion for helping leaders navigate complexity, build capability, and lead with impact is evident in her work with global leaders and executive teams to accelerate their development and growth. She leads leadership consulting work across sectors, with expertise in financial services, healthcare, and life sciences. She is a certified Business Coach and is accredited in Hogan, TTI DISC, and OPQ-32.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Annette led the global leadership academy of a major international insurance group. Earlier in her career, she worked at a professional services firm, partnering with large multinational organizations to address complex learning and leadership challenges and to design and deliver major global internal leadership development initiatives.
Annette grew up in Germany and France, and has lived and worked in the U.K., the U.S., and Belgium. She has led projects in more than 25 countries worldwide. She speaks German, French, and English fluently, and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
