Overview
Annette Liebau is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. With nearly two decades of experience, Annette focuses on leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has a passion for developing leaders and extensive expertise in the design and deployment of leadership programs at the global level.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Annette was global head of the leadership academy for Allianz, responsible for the group’s leadership development strategy. Previously, she worked in international consultancy where she led people and leadership development as well as culture change projects. During this time, she partnered with a range of organizations from the energy, automotive, and engineering sectors.
Annette is trilingual in German, French, and English. She is a certified coach and certified practitioner for DISC and OPQ 32 assessments.
