Experience
Dana has two decades of experience applying scientific insights to the selection and development of senior executives. A leader in executive assessment, she partners with organizations across industries and markets to help shape leadership strategies that drive business growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dana was an executive director at another executive search firm, where she helped build leadership readiness to support clients’ digital, AI, and growth transformations over four years. As head of assessment innovation and strategy, she led the design and implementation of a cutting-edge assessment model and firmwide initiatives in research, insights, AI integration, and go-to-market strategy.
Before that, Dana was head of leadership assessment at Google, where she designed and launched a comprehensive leadership assessment platform, strengthening succession pipelines for the CEO’s office, Google Cloud, and Alphabet.
She spent 11 years in leadership roles at another search firm, where she founded and led the global search assessment practice, built the firm’s R&D and analytics functions, and crafted its go-to-market strategy for assessment and insights during rapid expansion.
