Overview
Guillaume Levi is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Hong Kong office and leads the Private Capital Practice and investment management sector in Asia Pacific. He advises global and regional clients on leadership hiring and talent development and has completed hundreds of engagements for investment management, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate clients.
Experience
Guillaume’s recent work includes global and regional capital formation build-outs and placements of chief investment officers and investment professionals. In Asia Pacific, he is responsible for managing relationships with private capital funds and providing a full scope of Heidrick & Struggles’ offerings to their portfolio requirements, pre- and post-acquisition.
Previously, Guillaume spent 19 years at another global executive search firm, most recently leading the financial services sector in Greater China and the investment management practice in Asia Pacific. He has been in Asia (Singapore and Hong Kong) since 2008.
Guillaume started his career in banking as a group internal auditor at BPCE, the second largest banking group in France, and as an analyst with JPMorgan Private Bank, based in Paris. He speaks fluent French and English.
Guillaume is a contributor to the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association's Vision 2030 report.
