Experience
Hannah has 20 years of experience in executive search, talent strategy, and leadership advisory across Asia and Europe. Her expertise spans professional services partner appointments, AI and data leadership, digital transformation, and emerging business models. She helps organizations secure the senior talent needed to navigate complex transformations and build future-ready leadership teams.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Hannah was a director at BCG Digital Ventures, building the venture talent capability across Asia and advising leading corporations on identifying founders, CEOs, CTOs, and digital leadership teams for new ventures.
She also worked in talent leadership at Shopify, Vodafone, and a global investment company with more than $500 billion in assets under management, partnering with senior executives on AI, governance, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Hannah began her career at a London-based executive search firm, supporting engagements across financial services, private equity, and professional services.
