Steve Loyka is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Performance Culture Practice. He works with clients to align purpose, strategy, and culture to drive outsized improvement to their execution, performance, and societal impact.
Experience
Steve has extensive experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He has partnered with some of the world’s most recognizable organizations to define business strategy, navigate disruptive technological change, and cultivate purpose-driven cultures. He is committed to building human-centric organizations, developing purpose-aligned leaders, and driving sustainable growth through mutual value creation.
Previously, he served as an executive advisor at a global research and advisory firm and, earlier in his career, worked as a management consultant at a large consulting and technology firm.
Steve is a member of the Washington, D.C., chapter of Conscious Capitalism.
