Zach Lusk is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ San Francisco office, and a member of the Information Officers Practice, focusing on recruiting C-level technology leaders and their direct reports across engineering, product management, application development, data, infrastructure, and architecture.

Zack has deep cross-industry expertise in software, biotech, pharma, medical devices, and consumer goods, helping organizations identify and attract CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and other senior technology leaders to drive innovation, transformation, and growth. Zach partners closely with boards and executives to build leadership teams that align with both business strategy and organizational culture.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Zach worked at AlphaSights, connecting global investors and corporations to insights and expertise that guide critical strategic decisions. He leverages this experience to bring a thoughtful, consultative approach to executive search, helping clients navigate complex markets and leadership challenges.
