Experience
Helena conducts executive and non-executive level engagements including executive searches and assessments primarily within the power, energy, and utilities sectors, focusing on renewable energy and decarbonization pathways. She also focuses on sustainability and ESG, working with clients in multiple sectors and conducting executive searches across corporate sustainability functions. Helena also has experience in the philanthropy and social impact sectors relating to climate change, the environment, and other sustainability topics. Helena has partnered with a range of clients from large organizations in turnaround and high-growth situations to entrepreneurial and private equity portfolio companies to build their senior leadership teams. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Helena worked with a boutique executive search company in London.
