Experience
Joann partners closely with clients to identify and attract exceptional talent for mission-critical roles. Before returning to Heidrick & Struggles, she led global executive search for a market-leading Fortune 1000 company, specializing in placing C-suite leaders in highly competitive, fast-evolving environments.
Earlier in her career, Joann worked at a boutique firm focused on private equity portfolio companies. She co-founded her own search firm, advising clients on executive hiring, trained corporate recruiting teams, and partnered with search firms as a recruiter.
Joann began her career at Heidrick & Struggles, building a strong foundation in executive search strategy and leadership consulting. She returned to the firm to leverage its world-class platform to deliver high-impact results for her clients with speed and precision.
